Refund Policy

 Kookaburra Folkart & Craft Supplies will only exchange or credit at our discretion.  No refunds will be issued simply for a "change of mind". 

Please email Sales  to get authorisation.  Once authorisation has been given, the following conditions apply. 

The customer Will pay all shipping costs.  All goods must be returned unopened and in their original packaging for resale . 

Claims must be made within 14 days of the date of the invoice. No Claims will be accepted after this time.
